How it works
Every LMN scheme follows the same transparent process, so you always know which stage you are at and what is required from you next.
1. Create account
Register once with your email address and verify it. One LMN account can hold applications for more than one hiring scheme.
2. Select application scheme
Choose whether you are applying from inside Canada or from outside Canada. Your answer decides which scheme and requirements apply to you.
3. Complete personal information
Enter your name, date of birth, contact details and address exactly as they appear on your official documents.
4. Complete eligibility questions
Answer a short set of questions about your status, family, education and experience. These build your personalised document checklist.
5. Upload required documents
You only ever see the documents that actually apply to you, each listed by its real name with file type, size and expiry rules.
6. LMN document review
Reviewers approve or reject each document individually with a reason. If something is rejected you are notified and re-upload just that item.
7. Interview
Once your file is verified, LMN schedules your interview and you receive the details in your dashboard and by email.
8. Interview decision
The outcome of your interview is recorded on your application, so you always know where you stand.
9. Payment
Your application record is updated at this stage so you can see exactly what happens next.
10. Final application review
LMN completes a final quality check on names, dates, duties and document authenticity before proceeding.
11. Job offer
Successful candidates receive a formal job offer through the portal.
12. Offer acceptance
You review and accept your offer, and your acceptance is recorded on the application.
13. Immigration / OINP process
LMN supports the Ontario and federal immigration steps, requesting any additional government-stage documents when they are needed.
14. Hiring completed
Your placement is confirmed and your hiring journey with LMN is complete.
